Find an Answer
Due to limited resources, we do not answer questions about eye health and
safety. However, answers to common questions are listed
above. In addition, you may find information about an eye problem on the Q and A Archives page. Please be patient for the
download. If no appropriate answer is found, try different spellings or different
key words for uncovering a possible answer.
Please follow these guidelines BEFORE searching for an answer to a question:
- Always see an eye doctor (an ophthalmologist or optometrist) about a problem
with your eyes, particularly if there is pain, loss of vision, discharge or if you have
not seen an eye doctor in the past year.
- The answers listed are personal advice and NOT medical advice. It is virtually
impossible to diagnose eye problems without a doctor actually examining the patient.
- Go to the Q and A Archives and do a Find, under
Edit on your browser, for the eye disease or visual problem. 93% of questions asked
by visitors have already been answered in the Q and A Archives.
- For common terms and correct spellings, go to the Dictionary
and search for the disease or condition. Before searching for an eye disease, be
sure that you know the correct spelling of the disease or condition.
